Are socks required?
All adults must wear socks, and kids must wear grip socks. Shoes can be placed in our shoe cabinet by our entrance. We sell grip socks and socks in case you forget to bring them!
Are outside food/drinks permitted?
We do not allow outside food and drinks. There is a full kitchen onsite offering a variety of snacks, meals, and beverages. We do not allow birthday celebrations unless done through our birthday packages.
Cancellation Policy
We do not provide refunds but we do provide a store credit if we are informed 2 hrs. before the reservation.
Are reservations required for play?
Yes. We require reservations to be made online before arrival. This is to ensure we keep the facility under max capacity to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.
What are your hours of operation for kitchen and coffee bar?
We close the kitchen about 1 to 1.5 hrs. before our closing time. If you would to like to place an order but will be arriving late, please order through our website and make a note on your arrival time and we will prepare as close to your arrival time as possible.
Do infants require an admission pass?
Anyone older than 9 months require a child admission. Infants up to 9 months with a paid sibling admission is free of charge. We believe kids 1-7 enjoy our space the most! Adult supervision is required.
Do you have any waiver requirements?
Yes, we require waivers to be signed for kids on your reservations. You can complete our waiver online or when you check in for your visit. All adults must sign a waiver (including dads, nannies, friends, etc.).
Can you accommodate large groups?
We do not allow birthday celebrations unless done through our birthday packages. However, if you plan to bring a large group, please get in touch with us ahead of time to ensure we have adequate space to accommodate the day of your visit.
